Join the Childaid team for a trip of a lifetime.

Travel to Kenya and Tanzania in East Africa, trek to the summit of Kilimanjaro the highest mountain in Africa and the highest free standing mountain in the world, visit Childaid sponsored projects and see at first hand the difference you can make.

We begin our safari by flying from Ireland to Kenya.  In Nairobi we will call to see a number of Childaid sponsored projects, meet with the children we are helping and some of the amazing people that work with them.

You will stay overnight in a hotel in Nairobi and the following morning we will drive through the Kenyan savannah to the Tanzanian boarder.

After you have your passport stamped and we are cleared by boarder control we will continue on our trip through Tanzania to the town of Moshi near the base of Kilimanjaro where we will stay in a hotel overnight.  Here you will be given a comprehensive brief of the following days trek.

A total of five days are spent on the mountain where you will be accommodated in wooden huts and will be supplied with all meals and drinking water.  Our trek leaders have reached the summit many times and their experience will help you make it to Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa.

Then its back to Nairobi and dinner in the world famous Carnivore restaurant

Sign up today to book your place on what you will remember as one of the most amazing experiences of your life.
